Zynergy Power operates as an energy consultancy and intermediary, helping businesses compare energy prices, switch suppliers, renew contracts and check existing agreements. These services may include price comparison, switching support, and contract checking. We may receive commission from suppliers for successful introductions, which does not affect our impartiality.

4. Nature of Our Services 4.1 Price Comparisons
We will present quotes from selected Suppliers. Any quote provided is subject to change or withdrawal by the Supplier at their discretion. 4.2 Switching SupportIf you choose to switch, we will assist in coordinating the transition between Suppliers. However, delays or failures caused by the Supplier or existing provider are outside our control. 4.3 Contract HandlingYou must verify the accuracy of your information before contract finalisation. If amendments are needed, notify us promptly. Changes may impact pricing or cause delays. 4.4 Cancellation Charges
If you revoke your agreement after committing to a Supplier via us, a cancellation fee of £150 + VAT may apply.
5. Use of Letters of Authority (LOA)
When engaging us for contract checks or switches, you may be required to sign an LOA. This allows Zynergy Power to request contract details or communicate directly with your Supplier(s).
6. Our Commission and Charges
We may receive commission from a Supplier if you enter a contract through us. This is typically based on an agreed uplift in unit cost. For example, if the wholesale rate is 10p/kWh and an uplift of 0.3p/kWh is added, our commission would be 0.3p/kWh.
